Subscription Rates and Admin Fees

Subscription to Epaycheck is through a network of regional employers' organisations (REOs) and covers a financial year period from April to March. An organisation subscribing part way through a year will pay a pro rata fee.

Subscription Fees

Organisations who are subscribing members of their local REO will pay £200 plus VAT for the Epaycheck service in 2018-19.

Organisations who are not subscribing members of their local REO will pay £1,200 plus VAT per year for the Epaycheck service in 2018-19.

Some REOs may charge an administration fee – contact your Regional Administrator for details.
